Must-Have Skills:
11+ years building and maintaining advanced MS Access databases (normalized table structures, complex queries, forms, reports) with expert VBA skills for automation. 11+ years in relational database design, ER modeling, schema refactoring, and translating Access models into scalable SQL schemas. Proven experience migrating legacy databases to major cloud SQL services (Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, AWS RDS) and configuring ETL/integration pipelines (SSIS, Azure Data Factory, AWS DMS). Nice to Have Skills:
Hands-on experience with CI/CD, GitHub, JIRA, Agile development, or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). Prior work in healthcare or Public Health or with State of Texas agencies. About Us:
