We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions, reviewing, organizing and compiling reports for management, and ensuring the accuracy of guest accounts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of accounting principles. Responsibilities: Reconcile all hotel cashier transactions Review, organize and compile reports for management Ensure the accuracy of guest accounts Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues Perform end-of-day procedures Prepare daily revenue reports Assist with front desk duties as needed Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role preferred Strong understanding of accounting principles Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software Available to work overnight shifts
