Must-Have: - Strong clinical judgment skills - Ability to assess patients' mental, physical, and spiritual needs - Experience in creating and evaluating individual plans of care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team - Effective communication skills for providing instructions to patients and responsible persons
Description: The shift will consist of 4 ten-hour shifts with on-call as necessary.
