Minimum 2 years of recent Clinical Educator experience in healthcare or nursing jobs Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland or Compact State Current ACLS and BLS certifications Preferred experience in Critical Care, Rapid Response, or Vascular Access Strong communication, mentoring, and leadership skills RN Clinical Educator Responsibilities
Deliver expert clinical education and professional development for nursing staff Collaborate with healthcare leadership and clinical education teams to achieve organizational goals Mentor, coach, and serve as a role model for Critical Care, Rapid Response, and Vascular Access Team staff Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs to enhance clinical skills and critical thinking Utilize resources from the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses, Infusion Nurse Society, and Society of Critical Care Medicine Align educational initiatives with performance improvement projects and hospital/system objectives Foster innovation through consultation, research, and learning facilitation in the healthcare environment
