Assistant Medical Director for the Hospitalist Team
to join our JHCP at Howard County Medical Center in Columbia, Maryland. Our physicians and leaders are highly engaged and committed to teamwork. Assistant Medical Director of the Hospitalist Team
where you will be responsible for providing the exceptional quality of in-patient care to our patients and leadership to the team.
Most days, some nights, weekends, holidays.
Required:
Unrestricted Medical License in Maryland
Board eligible or certified in Internal Medicine
CPR Certification required (AHA and RQI CPR)
Preferred:
Leadership experience: managing a large hospitalist/nocturnist team
Strong communication skills
Scheduling experience with Q-Genda
Experience with RVU model, budgeting, and staffing
Data analysis
