Plans, schedules, and executes engineering tasks across a range of project sizes Manages project budgets, timelines, contract requirements, and quality standards Develops engineering designs, technical reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates for a variety of water-related projects Prepares technical documentation, reports, and digital deliverables; performs data analysis and supports projects through construction phases Oversees and coordinates the efforts of staff engineers, technicians, drafters, and other team members on assigned tasks Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental Engineering Registration as a Professional Engineer 6 to 12 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering (WTP/WWTP) Proven experience managing the design and construction phases of water and/or wastewater infrastructure projects of varying sizes, with full accountability for budget, schedule, contract compliance, and quality standards. Ability to deliver high quality services within budget and schedule constraints Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
