WEEKEND COUNSELOR - PART-TIME
(Austintown & Newton Falls Locations - Multiple Positions Available)
On Demand Counseling is hiring motivated, compassionate professionals to facilitate weekend programming at our Austintown and Newton Falls campuses. This flexible, part-time position is perfect for clinicians seeking extra income or weekend-only work in a supportive, team-based setting.
Position Highlights:
Flexible Weekend Schedule
Work Saturdays, Sundays, or both Choose a 3-hour or 6-hour shift per day, up to 12 hours per weekend
Group Facilitation
Lead therapeutic groups with 1-2 co-facilitators Serve adult clients with mental health and/or substance use disorders Follow weekly topic themes with flexibility for creative delivery Complete same-day documentation in our EHR (training provided)

Compensation & Perks:
Earn premium pay for weekend shifts - above standard hourly rates Paid training and onboarding provided Medicaid credentialing handled by our agency Applicants must hold (or be eligible for) one of the following credentials:
