Part-time Salary:
$21-$24 per hour (depending on experience) Schedule:
Tuesday, Thursday, and every other Saturday - open to the possibility of full-time as well. Have you met Park Animal Hospital & Wellness Center? Let us introduce ourselves! We are a team-oriented, 3 doctor, AAHA Accredited practice looking to add an experienced, outgoing, and friendly Client Service Representative to our crew of passionate professionals. We believe in a "better together" philosophy because we know we are at our best when we celebrate ourselves and each other. As a result, both staff and patients flourish.
This position is responsible for managing multiple phone lines, booking appointments, greeting clients and patients, processing payments, and communicating with the medical team.
Candidates must have excellent skills in the following areas:
client service- friendly, helpful, courteous communication- top notch phone and computer skills ability to multi-task- answer phones, assist clients who are waiting, show compassion and concern for our patients Our client service representatives should be ready to tolerate puppy kisses and kitty headbutts!
