Your Responsibilities Executing thorough patient evaluations, ordering necessary diagnostic examinations, and developing personalized care strategies Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses while collaborating with physicians or working independently (based on your credentials) Guiding patients and their families on injury prevention, wellness practices, and disease management strategies Prescribing medications and therapies as authorized by your practice scope Engaging in patient follow-ups and chronic care management Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care Documenting patient information meticulously within electronic medical records (EMR) Qualifications

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Essential Certifications

Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in Texas National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or equivalent specialization Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or willingness to obtain within 90 days) Traits That Highlight Your Potential
