Position Summary: Lead and mentor staff, monitor clinic performance, oversee operations, provide outpatient PT care, create individualized plans, collaborate with colleagues, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

2+ years PT experience, 1+ years leadership/management preferred Outpatient PT and team leadership experience preferred Graduation from APTA-accredited PT program Current state PT license
