Senior QA Engineer
Position Overview We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to establish and lead our quality assurance function. This is a highly visible role where you will define the QA strategy, set up automation frameworks, and ensure quality across web-based applications and ERP integrations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in environments with minimal direction and can take ownership of building QA practices from the ground up.
Responsibilities Lead QA efforts across multiple applications (web portals, ERP integrations, APIs). Design, develop, and implement automation frameworks and testing strategies. Drive both manual and automated testing efforts. Partner with business analysts, developers, and end-users to capture requirements and translate them into test cases. Leverage tools such as Postman (for APIs) and Selenium (for UI) to build reusable test suites. Perform integration testing for ERP and third-party systems through APIs. Create POCs, set up environments, and establish test documentation and processes. Mentor and collaborate with stakeholders to instill QA best practices across the organization. Requirements
7+ years of experience in software quality assurance. Proven expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Postman, or similar). Strong background in manual testing and QA methodologies. Experience with web-based applications and API/integration testing. Ability to work independently with minimal oversight in a lean environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Our benefits package includes:
