The Endoscopy Technician / Gastrointestinal Technicianassists endoscopy nurses and physicians in the gastroenterology (GI) specialty. The Endoscopy Technician / GastrointestinalTechnician assists patients who have stomach or intestine problems, or thosewho are undergoing diagnostic procedures and/or treatment for various GIrelated illnesses.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Endoscopy Technician Certification may be required perstate/client contract One year of experience preferred within medical assisting,surgical technology and/or GI Current CPR if applicable TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation) Must meet all federal, state and local requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Position Title:
GI/Endo Tech Surgical Services
Position Description:
GI/Endo Tech 17 weeks 40HPW 8hr Days 0730-1500 Call required Technicians rotate call weeknights and weekends.
Current is every sixth week night and every sixth weekend.
Required:
2yrs exp BLS and experience with advanced procedures such as ERCP EUS Pediatric GI procedures. ERCP EUS Spyglass EMR RFA Dilatations Pneumatic Dilatation fecal transplant ph manometry pill capsule study and report. BRAVO placement. Pediatric GI providers support.
1st time travelers accepted depending on previous work experience.

Day 5×8-Hour 07:30 - 15:00
Weekly Gross income: $2,326
