Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies to optimize procurement processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify sourcing opportunities and execute sourcing initiatives. Assist in managing supplier relationships and evaluating supplier performance. Participate in competitive bidding processes and contract negotiations. Maintain industry knowledge to identify market trends and innovative solutions. What's Needed?
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in procurement, supply chain, or related field. Experience in strategic sourcing or procurement roles. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights. Proactive approach with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. What's in it for me?
