Job Title: UAT Analyst - End-to-End Testing & Automation Industry: Professional Services / Technology Location: Hybrid - Culver City area, CA (Onsite Tue-Thu, remote other days) Employment Type: Contract (12 months, potential extension) Hours: 40/week Pay Rate: $78/hr (W2, DOE) Sponsorship: Not available Role Overview We are seeking a UAT Analyst with strong automation and end-to-end testing expertise to join a high-profile digital initiatives team. This role is focused on testing mobile systems and user-facing applications, with heavy emphasis on automation frameworks, iOS testing, and campaign validation for large-scale marketing initiatives.
You will be responsible for independently executing test efforts, building and maintaining automation scripts, and ensuring comprehensive test coverage across existing and new features. Key Responsibilities
Independently execute and track testing/validation efforts for mobile applications and end-to-end systems. Develop test strategy, test plans, test cases, and scripts for both manual and automated testing. Perform testing of on-device user experiences across a wide range of mobile applications. Build and execute automated tests using Python and Swift for iOS platforms. Leverage Selenium, Appium, and related automation frameworks. Coordinate testing priorities across multiple initiatives, ensuring timely documentation and delivery. Produce test documentation, reports, and metrics (test status, coverage, defects, risks, etc.). Collaborate with engineering and product teams to expedite issue resolution. Must-Have Qualifications
7+ years in Quality Assurance/User Acceptance Testing, with 5+ years in test automation. Hands-on experience with Selenium and Appium. Proven expertise in Python automation scripting. iOS automation experience (on-device testing). Strong background in end-to-end testing across multiple integrated applications. Experience validating native mobile apps and on-device messaging for large-scale marketing campaigns. Ability to design and build automation frameworks for end-to-end and mobile testing. Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with Charles Proxy, Git, Jenkins or similar tools. Exposure to automation of data analytics and reporting workflows. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern build tools. Experience creating written test reports, including risks, progress updates, and defect tracking. Ability to coordinate across multiple engineering/product teams in a fast-paced environment.
