Our client is currently seeking a qualified

Tech Lounge Specialist & VIP Support Tech

to join their team

onsite

in Cambridge, MA and provide end-user support and Executive White Glove Support at the Tech Lounge Walk-Up Desk. This role will work Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM EST.

Duties and Responsibilities

:

Provide white glove service and resolve issues Resolve customer issues on all equipment and software onsite Support two adjacent conference rooms with MS Teams and various other equipment Support Tech Lounge and help with Premium Executive Desktop Support during down time Use ServiceNow to enter tickets for Executives, provide documentation of issues, and document closures Interact with customers, responding to routine technical questions or requests for information Support mobile devices, laptops, tablets, Windows 10/11 and Mac OS Skills and Qualifications

:

Must possess professional and business-like manners Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and associates Must possess strong Deskside Support skills Must possess strong Customer Service skills Windows 11 and O365 experience. Mac OS is not required but a plus Hardware break/fix, warranty repair, and vendor coordination experience Experience supporting MS Teams in an enterprise environment in conference rooms Experience supporting user accounts, mobile devices, laptops, and anything brought to the lounge Experience with ServiceNow is not required but preferred Certifications are not required but preferred

Wage Range : The rate for this position is between

$21.75 - $31.90 per hour.

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
