Lift Attendants and Operators are responsible for safely operating our lifts while sharing their knowledge of the resort with guests.

How I can Create Guests for Life:
Smile! Focus on safety for yourself and others. Ensure proper and safe loading and unloading of guests. Develop and maintain knowledge of the lifts through on the job training. Assist with line management to ensure orderly and efficient access to the lift. Maintain loading and unloading ramps. Provide guests with current mountain information including operating hours and conditions. Is this the job for me:
Must be at least 18 years of age to apply. Strong customer service skills required. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Comfortable working outdoors in varied weather conditions (cold, snow, wind, rain). Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to speak and read English, additional languages a plus. Ability to stand outdoors for long periods. Ability to assist guests loading and unloading lifts, including physically supporting or guiding them as needed. Ability to shovel snow and clear ice around lift areas. Ability to work safely around moving machinery and lift equipment. Ability to tolerate exposure to loud noise and cold conditions.
