Job Description:
Client : Banking
Position :Production Support
Duration : 6 Months +
Location : Tampa, FL / NYC, NY
Payrange : $60-70/hr
Must Have: 8+ years of experience in production support for enterprise applications Experience in defining operating models for Support (L1 to L3) Experience executing Failure Mode and Effect Analysis Experience in runbooks and technical documentation for production support Experience in observability and monitoring Key Responsibilities:
Provide production support for enterprise applications across multiple regions, ensuring stability, availability, and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, perform root cause and trend analysis, and document issues for continuous improvement. Develop and maintain runbooks, standard operating procedures, and support documentation. Collaborate with business and technical teams to meet user expectations on quality, functionality, and reliability. Drive process improvements, reduce repetitive toil, and propose strategic solutions to enhance support efficiency. Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, and organizational standards by following established processes and controls. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing timely updates on issues, resolutions, and system health.
