Pay rate: $17.50
Shift: 8am-5pm
Summary:
The
Bilingual HR Assistant
supports the Human Resources function within a fast-paced manufacturing plant. This role provides administrative and operational support across key HR areas including hourly staffing, onboarding, compliance, and HR systems. The HR Assistant plays a critical role in maintaining smooth HR operations and supporting plant workforce.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist with Spanish translations both in verbal and written form. Serve as a main point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and procedures. Answer incoming HR calls. Assist with interview scheduling, and candidate communication. Coordinate pre-employment processes including drug screens, and onboarding paperwork. Prepare new hire packets . Ensure completion of required documentation for new hires. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in both digital and physical formats. Support HR-led initiatives such as roundtables, surveys, and engagement activities Support planning and execution of employee appreciation events, recognition programs. Assist with other HR-related administrative tasks. Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the plant. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Kronos, SAP). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. High School or HS Equivalent is required for this position. **This is a Bilingual position (English/Spanish)
