Insight Globals client, a wastewater company in the Sacramento area, is seeking to hire an Office Specialist to support the Public Records department. Due to a high influx in public record requests, this person will be responsible for responding to clients PRA within a 10-day period. Working alongside the HR department, this resource will be uploading confidential personnel files into the new ERP system. This Office Specialist will be interfacing with several departments including payroll ,HR and project teams to scan and purge personnel files, maintain files, and provide requests related to subpoenas. Research and resolve customer service problems, applying rules, laws, ordinances, regulations, policies, and procedures. Notifying appropriate parties of information to provide information, resolve complaints, and ensure the process is complete. Conduct group presentations and meetings with customers applying knowledge of process, fiscal, and legal guidelines. Creates documents and prepares forms, documents, charts, and proposals.
pay range: $28-35/hr

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
pay range: $28-35/hr
