Facility Coordinator
Department:
Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS)
Location:
West Point, PA (100% onsite with occasional travel to Harleysville and Chalfont)
Shift:
2nd shift - 2PM-10:30PM Monday - Friday (on call rotation as needed)
Pay:
$28-$32.00 an hour
Employment Type:
Contract (potential for contract to perm)

As a Facility Coordinator, you will be the go-to person for ensuring the site remains secure, compliant, and fully operational. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where no two days are the same perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys keeping people and facilities safe.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain campus-wide security programs and contractor access in compliance with OSHA, FDA, DEA, DEP, and local regulations Monitor and respond to security, fire alarm, and camera systems Conduct regulatory inspections (stormwater, RCRA storage, fire extinguishers, safety showers, eyewash stations) Assist with spill response, first aid supplies, and incident support Lead or assist with contractor orientations and forklift/industrial truck training Perform routine site walks and collaborate with departments to address facility issues Serve as backup for Site Services Supervisor and Pretreatment Plant operations Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required. Trade, technical or engineering degree preferred. Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing, EHS or security. Proven leadership and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs. Be able to lift 50lbs on a continuous basis Why Join Us:Mission That Matters:
