POSITION
Join our dynamic team as an Marketing Analyst in a structured 2-year program designed for recent college graduates. Analysts will gain exposure to key marketing functions like marketing strategy, business operations, client reporting production, content development, digital marketing, and communications. Participants will engage in hands-on projects aligned with strategic initiatives such as product launches, data automation, and digital experience. Analysts will have the opportunity to gain important and practical job skills to be successful in financial services marketing while collaborating with cross-functional teams including Investment Analytics, Investment Teams, and Distribution.
We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Marketing & Communication Department
Support marketing campaign planning and execution
Write copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral
Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels
Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions
Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions, seeking opportunities to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to discussions.
Assist with operations and inventory of the Allspring Company Store (US); This will include assisting with the initiation of new merchandise requests, assisting with tracking production, quality and compliance and ongoing inventory management and reporting
Assist with project documentation, schedules, status reports, team and stakeholder updates
Help support and onboard new workflow management platform and assisting with workflow submissions and entries
Provide administrative support to staff when required
Create pitch books, commentaries and fact sheets for investment and sales teams
Support the evolution of production through automation efforts across all production platforms.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with an expected graduation date between December 2025 - June 2026
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Familiarity with investment products and financial markets a plus
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interest in operational excellence
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Proactive mindset, showing initiative, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to learn and grow

Base Pay Range: $65,000 - $70,000
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
