Our client, an apparel company, is looking for a Production Manager for their Denim department to join their team in NYC!

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end denim production, from fabric development through garment finishing.
• Oversee weaves, dips, washes, finishes, and fits to ensure consistency and high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with design, technical, and sourcing teams to translate creative direction into production-ready denim.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with mills, laundries, and factories to drive efficiency and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Experience with denim production with deep knowledge of fabric weaves, dyeing, washes, and finishing techniques.
• Strong technical expertise in denim fit, construction, and quality control.
• Proven ability to manage production calendars, troubleshoot issues, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with global vendors and cross-functional teams.
