Are you a sports-minded individual with a passion for sales? We’re looking for an energetic Sales Representative to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee ! In this role, you'll identify new business opportunities, build lasting customer relationships, and represent our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism. You’ll report directly to the Retail Sales Manager and collaborate with a supportive sales team focused on growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Contribute to the development of effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • 2+ years of sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills.
  • Strong client-first mindset and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and a strong team player.

  • $14/hour base pay + weekly commissions (On-target earnings: $1K-1.2K weekly)
