Sign On Bonus $2500. Full Time, Day Shift, RN Supervisor needed for a 99 bed skilled nursing facility in Crescent City, CA. California RN license required. The right candidate will have skilled nursing facility experience and understand the assessment, and QAPI process.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the floor nursing staff
• Team leading the Nutrition At Risk program
• Assessing resident change of condition
• IV Med Administration
• Documentation

Qualifications

• Active California RN license
• Skilled nursing facility experience
• Understanding of assessment and QAPI process
• Ability to work full-time day shift

Compensation and Schedule

Pay: $42.00 - $48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule: Weekends as needed
