• Location: Kennewick, WA 99338 (Tri-Cities, Southeastern Washington)
• Healthcare Setting: Emergency Department (25 beds)
• Assignment Type: Locum tenens / Travel Nursing Contract
• Start Date: September 29, 2025
• End Date: December 29, 2025
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour night shifts)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
• Weekend Requirement: 2 weekends per month
• Electronic Health Record: Paragon EHR
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,020 – $2,070

ER RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Washington State preferred
• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience (2 years preferred)
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC
• Proven ability to provide care for all patient populations: geriatric, adult, and pediatric
• Strong clinical assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills

ER Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department
• Manage a 4:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, ensuring optimal patient outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and clinical support staff
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Paragon EHR
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism in a teaching hospital environment
