Key Job Details – Nashville Healthcare Opportunity

• Location: Nashville, TN 37207 – A premier destination for healthcare professionals seeking Tennessee nursing jobs
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (potential for extension)
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts (07:00-19:00), weekdays with some call requirements
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,730 - $1,770
• Start Date: August 11, 2025
• End Date: November 10, 2025
• On-site Registered Nurse position

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered RN license (Registered Nurse – Tennessee or compact state)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience
• BLS certification required
• Ability to respond to call within 30 minutes
• Preferred: Experience with high-volume Neuro/Spine, Orthopedic Trauma, General Surgery (Robotics), Urology, GYN, Vascular, ENT, and OMF procedures
• Familiarity with Meditech electronic documentation system is a plus
• Must wear home-laundered scrubs in Navy and Ceil Blue

Operating Room RN Responsibilities

• Circulate and assist in a wide range of surgical procedures in a 12-OR suite, including trauma and emergency cases
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team: CSTs, FAs, surgical attendants, and supply chain techs
• Ensure patient safety and deliver positive outcomes throughout the perioperative process
• Participate in call rotation: one night per week (7p-7a) and one weekend every four weeks (12-hour call)
• Provide trauma backup support during call shifts as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation using Meditech
• Uphold a strong culture of teamwork, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care
