Job Summary
Michael Aram is a luxury Home & Fine Jewelry brand, with flagships stores in New York, Los Angeles, and Miami. We are seeking both part time Sales Associates with a competitive drive & an entrepreneurial spirit. The store is located in Westfield Topanga Shopping Mall.

- Maintain a high level of visual merchandising & housekeeping standards
- Protect store assets & Inventory
Requirements:
- 2 years luxury retail sales experience
- Proven track record exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Proven independent judgement and initiative while working within the established policy and procedural guidelines
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite & Outlook
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule which includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift safely up to 25 lbs.
Compensation:
The hourly rate for the full time Sales Associate position is $18 to $19 per hour, depending on experience. In addition, sales associates earn commission on a percentage of each individual sale, offering strong earning potential based on performance.
