We’re looking for a Technical Designer (Fashion) who’s passionate, resourceful, and ready to help us level up. Audit garment construction and ensure quality across categories and fabrications Lead fit sessions and translate feedback into clear, actionable comments (written + visual) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure fit, fabric, and wash quality meet brand standards Communicate directly with overseas vendors—professional, timely, and precise Proactively identify and solve product/quality issues before they impact timelines Deep knowledge of apparel design, garment construction, patternmaking, grading, and technical drawing Strong command of Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Office, and G-Suite Experience writing detailed spec sheets across multiple categories Excellent communication skills (written + visual) with a knack for clarity and precision Health, dental, and vision insurance ~A seat at the table shaping one of the fastest-growing Gen Z brands Director of Design Operations & Product Development ⚡ Note: This role is on-site in Los Angeles (Mon–Thur) with remote Fridays .
