We’re seeking an E-Commerce Manager to oversee and continually improve our digital storefront. This role is responsible for ensuring the website reflects the brand’s evolving look and feel, delivers a frictionless shopping experience, and integrates seamlessly with marketing, production, and creative initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong technical coordination skills with a sharp eye for brand presentation and customer experience. Partner with developers to ensure the Shopify site is updated to reflect brand identity, seasonal campaigns, and evolving design standards. Optimize site performance, navigation, and product pages to create a frictionless customer journey from landing to checkout. Implement visual merchandising hierarchy and on-site storytelling that speaks to brand ethos and cultural touchpoints, drawing inspiration from collection references and heritage fashion trends. Oversee product upload process - handling product descriptions, image uploads, UPC creation, merchandising, accurate pricing, customs information, etc. Coordinate with marketing teams to align site content with campaigns, launches, and promotions. Apply e-commerce best practices in UX, conversion optimization, and mobile responsiveness. Serve as a liaison between marketing, production, and web development to ensure smooth communication and timely execution. Monitor site analytics and customer behavior, using insights to propose and implement improvements. Stay current with industry trends and competitor practices, recommending tools and strategies to improve customer experience and sales. Troubleshoot technical issues with developers and third-party platforms as needed. 3–5 years of e‑commerce or digital merchandising experience—ideally within premium fashion, streetwear, or design-focused brands. ~ Hands-on familiarity with Shopify, CMS workflows, and integrations in e-commerce environments. ~ Strong analytical skills: fluent in using Google Analytics, site heat mapping, CRO tools, and performance dashboards to inform decisions. ~ Experience coordinating production assets (photo, styling, inventory) with workflows that support launch calendars and visual consistency. ~ Excellent communication skills—capable of working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and technical teams—delivered with clarity and design sensibility. ~ A forward-thinking mindset: aware of where fashion culture meets digital commerce, trend sensitive, and always optimizing for brand narrative and performance.
