We’re seeking an Ecommerce Performance Manager who thrives on data and knows how to turn insights into results. In this role, you’ll focus 75% of your time on optimizing our Salesforce Commerce Cloud site for performance, conversions, SEO/SEM, and revenue growth, and 25% on web administration to ensure the site remains accurate, functional, and up to date. Success in this role will be measured by improved conversion rates, increased online revenue, stronger SEO/SEM performance, and actionable reporting that drives decision-making. Web Performance, Optimization & Acquisition (75%) Monitor, analyze, and report on site performance using GA4, SEMrush, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud reporting. Develop and execute strategies to increase conversions, improve UX, and drive online revenue. Optimize SEO (on-page, technical, content) and SEM/paid search campaigns to maximize ROI. Conduct keyword research, content optimization, and link-building strategies. Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align site content, campaigns, and promotions with business goals. Build dashboards and performance reports, translating data into actionable insights. Stay ahead of emerging e-commerce, search engine, and analytics trends. Web Administration (25%) Manage daily site updates, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and content changes. QA site updates for accuracy, functionality, and mobile responsiveness. Ensure product data, images, and assets are consistent across systems (SAGE, FileMaker, Salesforce CRM). Partner with IT to troubleshoot issues and enhance site speed, uptime, and integrations. 5–7 years in web performance, SEO/SEM strategy, paid search, and e-commerce optimization. ~ Google Analytics (GA4) certification — required. ~ Hands-on experience with SEMrush for keyword research, SEO audits, and performance tracking. ~ Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud — required. ~ Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid search campaign management. ~ Proficiency with A/B testing and personalization tools. ~ Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor adjustments (preferred). ~ Advanced Excel skills for analysis and reporting. ~ Strong project management and multitasking ability. ~ Exceptional attention to detail and skill in translating data into insights.
