Position Summary

As an Email Marketing Intern, you’ll join the Lifecycle Marketing team responsible for driving millions in revenue through campaigns that feel less like ads and more like editorial magazine issues. This role offers hands-on exposure to creative campaign building, data-driven design decisions, and lifecycle strategy for a luxury brand. You’ll learn how segmentation, personalization, and predictive models shape the customer journey while building skills in analytics, creative execution, and marketing technology.

Job Responsibilities

1. Campaign Execution

  • Assist in building, testing, and scheduling campaigns in Klaviyo, ensuring flawless execution across devices.

2. Creative Curation

  • Pull product SKUs, imagery, and assets from Bynder and curate them into editorial-style grids.

3. Quality Assurance

  • QA campaigns for pixel-perfect design alignment (emails must feel cinematic, not cookie-cutter).
  • Performance Tracking
  • Track performance metrics (OR, CTR, CVR, RPR) and contribute to weekly reporting insights.

5. A/B Testing

  • Support creation of A/B tests (subject lines, copy frames, CTA language).
  • Research and document industry trends and best practices to inspire strategy.
  • Participate in brainstorming for new lifecycle flows (post-purchase, browse abandon, VIP).

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong eye for layout, typography, and brand storytelling.
  • Curious about the intersection of creativity + analytics.
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn advanced email marketing strategy.
