  • Schedule:
    • Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Closed for lunch 12-1 PM)
    • Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Setting: Clinic only, unless patient is hospitalized
  • Call: None
  • Consults: Occasional inpatient consults
Licensing & Certification
  • License: Active AZ License or IMLC - Required
  • Board Status: Board Certified - Required
  • Certifications: BLS - Required
  • Fellowship: Required
Practice Details
  • Patient Volume: High-volume clinic
  • Rounding: Assigned/unassigned inpatient consults only
  • EMR: iKnowMed
  • Seeking: Providers to join pool for Fall 2025 or early 2026
