The ideal surgeon would have a strong interest in thoracic surgery and program development with ability to maintain a cardiac surgery mix. - Contribute to quality improvement and clinical outcomes initiatives
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Board-certified or board-eligible through American Board of Thoracic Surgery
