Position Highlights
- Great schedule options of Monday-Friday approximately 7:30am - 3:30pm, or 4 x 10-hour shifts
- Travel is required with full mileage reimbursement as you drive between patient homes in a designated territory, but an internal team assists with creating your schedule for convenience to maximize your time with the utmost efficiency
- Benefit from a work-life balance with no weekends, evenings, on-call, or holidays
- All necessary equipment, medical supplies, and training is provided
- Ability to conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized care plans
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation within 24 hours of patient visits on EHR

Compensation and Benefits
- Highly competitive base salary and uncapped RVU bonus structure with proven earnings of 175K+ potential
- CME allowance of 2K and one compensated educational conference
- Multi-State Licensing Expenses Covered

- Paid Time Off (PTO)
- Must hold an active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) certification
- A graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner program
- At least one year of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is required
- A clinical background in adult, family, geriatric, surgical, and/or wound care is preferred
- A willingness to obtain multi-state licensure (covered)
- While one year of wound care experience is preferred, the company also provides additional training
