Responsibilities and Duties
- Serve as the solo Neonatal Nurse Practitioner on the NICU unit
- Manage patient care for a census of 8-15 infants (maximum unit capacity of 20)
- Collaborate with an on-call neonatologist
- Participate in a busy delivery service within a NICU (no surgeries; no transport duties required)
- Provide neonatal resuscitation and stabilization as needed
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and standards of care
Additional Information
- Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in a NICU setting
- Washington state license required
- Required certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
