Are you a compassionate, communicative, and entrepreneurial-minded Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) looking for a role that offers meaningful work, flexibility, and long-term growth? We d love to meet you!

We are seeking a Board-Certified PMHNP to join our collaborative team serving post-acute care facilities in Collier County, including memory care units, assisted living facilities (ALFs), and skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a setting where building relationships with staff, residents, and families is just as important as clinical expertise.

Position Highlights

  • Flexible Monday Friday schedule you design your day!
  • Start part-time with the opportunity to grow into full-time census
  • Productivity-based compensation at $16 per RVU at a 600 RVUs/month average
  • Provide care in memory care, ALFs, and SNFs
  • Collaborate with a local, Board-Certified Psychiatrist who will provide supervision, review documentation, and is available to consult onsite for high-acuity situations

  • An excellent communicator able to collaborate effectively with facility staff, patients, and families
  • Entrepreneurial-minded comfortable with autonomy and excited to grow their own panel
  • Personable, kind, and compassionate a provider who truly values relationships
  • Passionate about behavioral health in the aging population
  • Board-Certified PMHNP with an active Florida license (or ability to obtain)
