We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Sustainability Intern to join our Corporate Sustainability team for the summer. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sustainability data analysis, sustainability reporting, and supply chain research.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Visualization

Collect, clean, and analyze environmental and social impact data from internal and external sources.

Support development of visualizations to track sustainability KPIs.

Sustainability Reporting

Assist in preparing content for ESG and sustainability reports, including data tables, narratives, and case studies.

Help ensure alignment with reporting frameworks such as GRI, TCFD, and CDP.

Supply Chain Research

Conduct research on supplier sustainability practices, certifications, and risk factors.

Support mapping of supply chain impacts and opportunities for improvement.

Project Support

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sustainability initiatives.

Participate in meetings, contribute ideas, and help document progress.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Python is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Passion for sustainability and corporate responsibility.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

BAC Hiring Compensation Range $22 - $28.

BAC provides additional earnings in the form of overtime as applicable under law.
