Job Description:
Ninyo & Moore has an immediate opening for a Senior or Principal Environmental Professional (Geologist/Engineer/Scientist) in our Las Vegas, Nevada office.
We are seeking a practice builder to develop environmental project opportunities, maintain client relationships, lead and guide business development efforts, and provide technical support. Education:
B.S. degree or higher in Geology, Engineering, Environmental Science or related field and appropriate related professional registration/certification. An advanced degree is a plus. Required Skills:
The successful candidate should have 10+ years of technical experience, preferably with an environmental consulting firm, performing Phase I and Phase II ESAs, site characterization, and site remediation. Experience in or knowledge of industrial hygiene services (asbestos, lead-containing paint, indoor air quality, mold), and regulatory compliance (stormwater, permitting, environmental auditing) is desired but not required. Candidate should have local project experience providing these services on a wide variety of sites for clients including public agencies, local governments, utilities and private industry. Candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, and a desire to provide leadership. We are also looking for at least 5 years of business development experience. Status:
