Gentiva is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Admission for a nursing job in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Discipline:
RN Friday, Saturday, Sunday (12 hours) finish up Monday morning (4 hours). 3 admits Friday, 3 Saturday and 3 Sunday and then Monday mornings to finish paperwork and once a month nurse meeting. Also on call for the weekend.

within scope of practice, coordinates input of evaluations, assessments and/or care plan process data. Maintains compliance in accordance with current practice standards, physician’s orders, agency policies and procedures, and local, state and federal regulations. This position is also accountable for the delivery of professional nursing services, within the scope of the professional’s education and experience, in compliance with corporate standards, federal, and state laws.
