Client Advocacy & Representation Defend clients in a wide range of criminal cases, including DUIs, domestic violence, sex crimes, drug offenses, and federal matters. Design and implement legal strategies that protect and advance each client’s future. Conduct thorough legal research, depositions, and witness preparation. Draft and file persuasive motions, pleadings, and briefs. Partner with attorneys, staff, and leadership to deliver seamless service. Engage in ongoing training through RLF University and professional development programs. Reflect on performance, seek feedback, and pursue mastery. Stay current with legal developments, continuing education, and bar requirements A licensed Florida attorney with 2+ years of criminal defense experience (DUI, sex crimes, federal cases a plus).
