Responsibilities Prepare and argue law and motion, handle court appearances Take depositions Prepare and propound discovery Complete status evaluation reports Handle all aspects of litigation
Qualifications 3+ years of legal experience Prior trial experience is preferred although not required. Medical background or experience in litigation, administrative hearings, or medical malpractice is preferred JD from an accredited law school Admission to the California State Bar
