Our client, a mission-driven organization in Washington, DC, is seeking a part-time Compensation Analyst to support their team for 9 months! About the Job: Conduct job evaluations, job description reviews, and market-based pay benchmarking to ensure consistency and competitiveness. Manage compensation data, salary structures, and survey participation. Prepare recommendations, present findings to management, and support additional compensation projects as needed. About You: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or equivalent experience with compensation structures and benchmarking. Skilled in Salary.com tools (CompAnalyst, JobArchitect). Proficient in Workday and Excel, with experience benchmarking technical and research-focused roles. About the Position: Part-time, project-based role. 25 hours per week. $40/hr-$45/hr, depending on experience. Based in Washington, DC.
