KPMG is seeking a Digital Enablement Manager to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity. Responsibilities Oversee Digital Enablement activities, focusing on AI programs, including defining, developing and executing all resources required to enable the Digital capability for the target audience; coordinate with technical, risk, legal, and security leads; and fully understand the digital capability being enabled Execute and monitor the program communications plan to drive adoption; prepare communications materials and campaigns per the approved process and deadlines; ensure timely distribution via approved channels and align with stakeholders Ensure compliance with KPMG and Digital Nexus brand guidelines; maintain the Organizational Change Management (OCM) content repository and ensure documents conform to standards; design and implement learning strategies and programs to enhance digital literacy and adoption (trainings, workshops, educational materials) Engage with key stakeholders to understand needs and ensure active participation in the transformation; develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders, corporate communications, and other professionals to align messaging and processes Create and implement adoption strategies to drive successful uptake of new tools and processes; conduct change impact and readiness assessments, develop adoption plans, and monitor effectiveness Establish and track KPIs to measure success of digital enablement initiatives; use data-driven insights to continuously improve strategies and outcomes
Qualifications
Minimum five years of recent experience in leading strategic digital enablement and change management projects, with preference for AI-related initiatives Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred Full fluency in English and Spanish; exceptional written, verbal, presentation and editorial skills with keen attention to detail and creative thinking Experience in marketing and/or communications for technology products or Organizational Change Management (OCM) teams; understanding of technical capability or willingness to test and learn Experience with project management approaches, tools, and lifecycle phases; strong problem solving and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and participate in resource planning Ability to interact with individuals at all levels; ability to prioritize, delegate and foster high-performance teams; willingness to travel may be required Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future (no sponsorship is available for common work visas)
