Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage urgent medical conditions (e.g., vomiting/diarrhea, wounds, lameness, minor infections)
• Administer medications, fluids, and perform diagnostics
• Educate clients on treatment options and aftercare
• Document cases using a cloud-based EMR system
• Collaborate with veterinarians, techs, and support staff for seamless patient care
• Mentor support staff and help them grow via the LevelUp training program

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD degree (or completion of ECFVG/PAVE program)
• Licensed or eligible to practice veterinary medicine in Arizona
• 1-3 years' experience in urgent care or small animal general practice preferred
• Strong clinical skills and confidence in decision-making
• Positive attitude, excellent communicator, and team player
