Overview This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the top law firms in the U.S. Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is looking for a Cybersecurity Manager to join our team in our Seattle office. We offer a hybrid work engagement with two days of remote work, and three days in-office. Responsibilities Supervise cybersecurity personnel and oversee daily security operations Oversee the Security Office's programs, including ISO 27001 compliance, vendor security, vulnerability management, client audits and compliance, and security awareness and training Recruit, train, develop, and mentor a high-performing cybersecurity team and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement Collaborate with the Director, CISO in the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the firm's information security management system Continuously align Security Office programs with firm and CIO Organization strategy Develop, implement, and maintain security policies and procedures Analyze and report on cybersecurity trends, metrics, and Security Office performance Participate in the IT budget process, enterprise project planning and execution, and other special assignments and/or support as required Be prepared to respond nimbly and effectively to possible cyber incidents Who We Are Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is an AmLaw 100 law firm with 11 offices nationwide. Qualifications 5+ years of strong, proven leadership skills as a cybersecurity professional, leading multiple projects and multi-function teams 1+ years of senior team leadership or management experience Significant experience in team leadership and/or project management Strategic/tactical thinking skills required; able to gather requirements and translate strategic goals into tactical objectives Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with all levels of a professional services organization; ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience; experience working with customers possessing a wide range of technical expertise Must be professional, organized, and flexible; able to work in a fast-paced environment Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to handle stressful situations calmly; ability to quickly assess and adjust approach Strong systems analysis and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality control; ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations; strong follow-up and follow-through Demonstrated ability to multitask and exercise good judgment Must be a team player and willing to share information; ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently Ability to work independently with minimum supervision Previous experience in a law firm or professional services organization, supporting a multi-office environment, preferred Salary and Benefits The annualized salary range for this position in Washington is $155,000 to $175,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on the candidate's education, training, experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full-time employees may be eligible for a bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, long-term disability, dental insurance, vision care, telemedicine and virtual short-term counseling services, life insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, 401(k), vacation, sick time, and 11 paid holidays each year.
