The Human Resources (HR) Operations Team Leader is a player/coach role with an element of team management but also functions as an individual contributor.

This position manages the configuration, maintenance, and reporting of the Onboarding, HR and Benefits modules of Dayforce.

HR Operations executes on all aspects of the Employee lifecycle at Janney (from onboarding, rewarding, benefits admin, recognition to exit). HR Operations is responsible for providing guidance and support to all employees on HR/Benefits -related matters through communication and helpdesk functionality.

Responsibilities:

The HR Operations Team leader oversees a team of HR Specialists responsible for the delivery and coordination of HR services, benefits admin, systems, information, and support.
Respond to employee inquiries and requests regarding HR policies, benefits, processes and systems. Develop and publish program and process documentation. Create a regular cadence of "Live training" sessions for managers and employees.
Create and Maintain HR/Benefits Admin Knowledge Base and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Oversee and maintain data integrity in designated Dayforce modules (HR, Onboarding, Benefits). Ensure accuracy of information across all HR modules through frequent reviews and audits as well as development of regularly updated SOPs for data entry/update.
Configure, test and update Dayforce modules to reflect organizational changes and support HR policies and processes.
Provide various reports including Quarterly HR KPIs, HR compliance filings, turnover metrics, diversity statistics, benefits and others as needed to the HR department, senior management, and other internal stakeholders. Automate and streamline reports, where possible, for distribution on an ongoing basis.
What you have:

Bachelor's degree in human resources or business desirable
3-6 years of experience working in a Human Resources role
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.
Strong project management, process management and problem-solving skills.
HRIS experience, preferably Dayforce. Experience with other HR related Software products
Excellent customer service skills
Experience with benefits administration
Strong analytical and data integrity/information security skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to function in a collaborative manner
Technically proficient in MS Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to establish relationships across the organization and at various hierarchical levels
Demonstrated poise and grace under pressure
Communicates a "can do" attitude and positive outlook, minimizing negative behaviors
