About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for building sales strategies and processes from the ground up, with a strong focus on B2B sales in international markets, particularly in the EU, MENA, and Asia. This role requires a proactive individual with a minimum of 4 years' experience in sales, specifically in IT products related to Fintech, Payments, Crypto, or Web3. The Head of Sales will be instrumental in the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing, and must have a well-established network in the crypto and fintech sectors. Collaboration with marketing to process leads, as well as the formation and management of a sales team, are also key aspects of the position. Applicants for the Head of Sales role at the company should possess a C1 level of English proficiency and demonstrate a high level of ambition, energy, and proactivity. The ability to handle objections with a healthy sense of humor and a sense of dialogue pace is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in Web3 or crypto companies, or experience with fintech leaders, and will be adept at networking within the crypto, fintech, payments, software development, iGaming, and affiliate networks.
