The Company is seeking a Head of Distribution for Standard Lines. Key responsibilities for the Head of Distribution include overseeing the standard lines distribution strategy, managing agency compensation, segmentation, and relationship activities, and enabling segment-specific distribution strategies. The role involves close partnership with business segment leadership, directing revenue planning, and managing the complex communication needs of unique agency structures. The Head of Distribution will also be accountable for talent management, budget establishment, and ensuring a high-performing team. The position requires a strategic thinker who can drive performance results and is expected to travel up to 50% of the time to fulfill the essential functions of the role.
