About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Compensation to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and leading the company's compensation strategy, which includes salary, bonus, commission, and equity programs. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing the compensation strategy, serving as a key advisor to senior leadership, and ensuring that the programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the company's talent philosophy. The Head of Compensation will also be involved in designing innovative compensation structures, particularly sales commission plans, and will oversee compensation benchmarking, planning cycles, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Applicants for the Head of Compensation position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive experience in compensation, with at least 3 years' in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a deep expertise in variable compensation design, strong knowledge of compensation analytics, and experience in fast-paced, high-growth, and global environments. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
