Head of Operations – AI Marketplace (San Francisco, CA)

We’re looking for a Head of Operations to join an early-stage, high-growth AI startup focused on self-learning and adaptive AI systems . This is a rare opportunity to build a marketplace from scratch , manage specialized teams, and directly impact the company’s growth trajectory.

What you’ll do:

• Build and scale a marketplace of domain experts from the ground up.
• Recruit, vet, and manage a workforce of specialists across domains like finance, healthcare, and more .
• Own relationships with top AI labs and enterprise clients , ensuring marketplace output meets their needs.
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate expert data into AI systems .
• Drive high-impact operational initiatives as a core member of the founding team .

What we’re looking for:

• 1–6 years of experience in Operations or Finance-related roles .
• Experience building or scaling teams, processes, or marketplaces.
• Strong skills in people management, client relationship management, and operational execution .
• Comfortable working on-site 5 days/week in San Francisco .
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments .

Compensation:

• Salary: $150K–$220K
• Equity: 0.5%
